We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account or use the app, including your name, email address, and profile information. We also collect usage data such as jobs logged, earnings entered, and app interactions, as well as device information including your operating system version and app version.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve EarnTrack; send service-related notifications; respond to your comments and questions; monitor usage trends to improve the app; and detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the app, when required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition — you will be notified in advance of any such change.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting earntrack.co@gmail.com.
We take reasonable measures — including encryption and secure server infrastructure — to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
EarnTrack is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between 13 and 17 should have parental or guardian awareness of their use of EarnTrack. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
You may update or correct your account information at any time in the app settings. You may also opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting us directly.
EarnTrack may use iCloud to sync and back up your data. This data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to data stored directly in your personal iCloud account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of EarnTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

You must not violate any applicable laws or regulations; impersonate any person or entity; upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; or interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. EarnTrack uses Sign in with Apple — keep your Apple ID secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
EarnTrack offers a 14-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription of $1.99/month. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Any data you enter into EarnTrack (earnings, client names, job details, etc.) remains your own. By using EarnTrack, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
EarnTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. EarnTrack does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EarnTrack and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EarnTrack at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of EarnTrack after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
